Gow
Hi everyone!
Today we are talking about an interesting complement to any athlete, created and developed in Spain, a smart shirt whose name is Gow.
Gow is a personal training system consisting of a sensorized shirt, a heart monitor, a mobile app and an online extension. An advanced method of controlling and managing your vital signs that records your workout and helps you develop a safe and comfortable way.
The smart textiles shirt has sensors capable of reading the heart rate, second by second. These sensors are sending the information to a small heart monitor that is hooked into the shirt with two clips, very comfortable and easy.
The heart monitor via Bluetooth Smart sends all information to the app GOW, where it is interpreted by a virtual coach, in addition to reporting on our results in real time, it helps us achieve our fitness goals. Downloading the app is free.
Once ended the year I could be found on the web www.gowtrainer.com the historical record of all the sessions, with the possibility of creating new training plans and sharing sessions with other users.
Gow allows four types of sports: running, biking, indoor and outdoor.
The application, which can be downloaded for Apple and Android for free, is connected to the cloud and provides access training plans, racing, series, challenges and practice sessions. From heart rate recorded over all the training, one can know the calorie consumption, differentiating fat intake and hydrates.

Our opinion:
It is in really interesting and perfect for athletes, cyclists invention and many more given the convenience of monitoring and performing. It's another way other than taking data for the athlete, accurately and not overly expensive. We recommend it 100%.

Pocket Yoga
Hi everyone!
Today we are talking about an interesting and curious application, an app for yoga, It's a great source of routines as well as individual exercises, ensuring that the app is great for anyone keen to include more Yoga in their life. This is Pocket Yoga.
The app offers 3 different types of practice: Ocean, Desert, and Mountain. Ocean is there for cardio, while Mountain focuses on power, and Desert on detoxing and flexibility. Each includes three different difficulty levels, as well as a choice of durations depending on how long the user has spare. Pick a routine and the app switches to a video interface, guiding users through what they need to do alongside some soothing music and an attractive backdrop. It's quite simple stuff but it also has to be, given the subject matter. It's meant to be more calming and soothing than most fitness routines.
Besides the videos available the app also breaks down each routine into separate exercises, making it easy to practice particular moves or simply check out what's available. On a similar note, a poses section offers up information on every single move within the app, preparing users for what's to come. It's all laid out in quite a minimalistic kind of way but it works. Being able to divide such moves up according to difficulty or type is a handy option, too.
The only part of Pocket Yoga that gets any more complex than this is the online store, offering the means in which to buy new backgrounds. It's hardly essential, although at least these can also be purchased by completing numerous routines.
You can find the app in stores Android, IOS and windows at a price between 2.26 € to 3 €, dollar costs $ 3.

Misfit Shine
Hi everyone!
Today we are talking about an interesting wearable monitor activity, strange clock in appearance, but actually a magnetic disk aluminum incorporating motion sensors to record your activity. This is the Misfit Shine.
First of all we have to say it is a "stylish" accessory because even in the picture we see that can be worn as a bracelet, actually can lead in many different ways and that what really matters is the central sphere (magnetic disk ), which is available in various colors.
The magnetic disk is designed to be placed on clothing, a shoe, or anywhere else in the body, so that the place where it takes no problem. When waterproof offers the possibility to use it as they swim through magnetism attached to clothing.

It is able to record specific activities (walking, running, swimming, biking ...) and cycles and sleep patterns. It also records the calories expended. The magnetic disk has a small touch screen that serves to change the activity you want to register at that time. It also indicates the time, so it can be used as a clock (SmartWatch style). Our opinion:
We think this new activity monitor deviates slightly from the trend that led other powers in the market. Unlike the rest, Misfit has opted for the elegant design and the convenience of being able to use it anywhere in the body. It's also a plus that its durability and strength are well above the current average, considering that its price is not too high (around € 100 with bracelet depending on the pack) but supplements as a pendant and others go apart . We recommend if you want something useful but different from the rest.
