This application works with different polar devices , which are: V800 Polar, Polar Loop, Polar A300 V650 Polar and Polar Beat app. To get started all you have to do is register on the site and fill in your profile data : weight, heigh, sex, age... You will also have to fill out some details about your daily activity and polar will mark a target daily training to overcome as you 're sedentary.

Once all the data, you can start making your workouts , and upload them to the application. The application displays data from the calories you 've burned , steps you've done, and according to the device you use can also tell you how long you've been sitting, standing, lying ... Moreover , we also show your heart rate data : maximum heart rate , resting heart rate , to pulsations are working to anaerobic threshold ... The application will show a graphic where you will see how many clicks you worked in each point and time you've spent in practice , and even if you use a gps device will show you the path you followed and can determine your preferred route to perform them whenever you want. You can interact with other people sharing your results, although this option is not at all mandatory and will take place only under your will.
