This application works with different polar devices , which are: V800 Polar, Polar Loop, Polar A300 V650 Polar and Polar Beat app. To get started all you have to do is register on the site and fill in your profile data : weight, heigh, sex, age... You will also have to fill out some details about your daily activity and polar will mark a target daily training to overcome as you 're sedentary.

Once all the data, you can start making your workouts , and upload them to the application. The application displays data from the calories you 've burned , steps you've done, and according to the device you use can also tell you how long you've been sitting, standing, lying ... Hi everyone!! After, Having been without a post for a while, I come back with a very interesting application: Adidas MyCoach. An amazing free application that Adidas offers. AdidasMiCoach, makes training plans that fit our sporty profile and the objectives we pursue. It's amazing to see how an application can create both plans aerobic and strength training, which make we can all have a coach in the palm of your hand.

Having been testing it for a month, I can say that this application is the best that currently exists. Also interacts with the MyFitnessPal own (which we discussed earlier), which is an extra point for her. It is ideal for running with the essential clock. We like its light weight and how easy it is to use. It gives you what you need , period. It gives you the basic features that you can ask a fixture of this type , because other heart rate monitors that have very different functions but are missing some more basic . Anyway think its price is not the best option on the market . We believe that for a lower price we can find pulsometros with the same functions .
