SEVEN - High Intensity interval training

Hi, in the second post we want to talk you about an interesting application for IOS and Android:

    First, this app is based in a High Intensity interval training. This method is supported by American College of Sports Medicine's Health & Fitness and because of this, It was made very famous around the Social Networks. The tables consist of twelve high-intensity exercise to be practiced in 30 seconds, with 10 seconds rest between each, until last seven minutes.

    The App's description that we have found in the App Store is:

    Our Analysis:

    • Do we recommend using the application?
      • Experts recommend monitoring by professionals. Why? Because this method it is not for everyone and it can cause injuries.
      • We agree with them, but we think that the application can be really beneficial if it is done with care and security, taking our ergonomics, performance, ability and fitness.
      • If you follow the guidelines that the application itself gives you, mainly it doesn't have to have problems. On the other hand, it is probably beneficial to you and motivating.
    • For who?
      • Obviously, if you are a professional athlete it is not your application. But in case you want to improve your fitness, starting from a very low level: it is a good way to improve your fitness. Complete quests and interact with the application and soon you will get results.
    • How much time?
      • At first, 7 minutes could be enough, but not for all. It always depends on your performance. 
      • For the general population, we think 20 minutes may be sufficient, but it is very important to combine with aerobic exercise over 20 minutes at least two days a week.
    • Conclusion
      • For us, we think it is a good application for a healthy physical condition and be able to feel good.
